We manufacture most of our rings and have a large inventory of sizes, so your ring usually ships within 1 to 48 hours of placing your order. Express shipments are mailed out weekdays. Ground shipments go out weekdays and Saturdays.
This all depends on the shipping method that you choose. Priority Mail shipping is through the US Postal service and usually takes 2-5 business days. Express Mail is also through the US Postal service and usually takes 1 - 2 business days after you order. Please note that our shipping department is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Priority Mail is free for any order over $100.00, otherwise it is $6.95, Express Mail $14.95. Please call for shipping charges outside the U.S.
The CCID # can be found on the back of the credit card, either a 3 or 4 digit number depending on the credit card you are using.
Yes - we do offer a 10% discount for orders of 10 rings or more. To place a group order please either fax your order to 1-800-946-5350 or call one of our sales associates at 1-800-600-1458. Orders can be for different style rings / necklaces and different metal choices and the discount applies as long as the total order is for 10 or more items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price (not including shipping) or you may exchange it for a different style. Exchanges are also made for 30 days.
